- It is important that you do not sign or date any documents before our scheduled appointment. We will first verify your identity and witness you signing the document during the appointment.
- Please make sure to fill out all necessary information on your documents, except for the signature and dates, before our scheduled appointment.
- The individual who is signing the document must be present before the Notary Public.
- To obtain certified copies of documents, kindly bring the original documents as well as a photocopy.
- Your government-issued photo ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport, is required during the appointment to confirm your identity.
